If you've felt anxious or depressed in the last year, you're not alone. More than 1/4 of American adults and at least 10% of youth have reported experiencing major depression. Most do not get help. During Mental Health Awareness Month, we want to remove the stigma associated with seeking help. We're providing resources for you to speak with peers or professionals who can share experiences and offer guidance for coping. It's okay to not feel okay.

'Community Focus' is EASY 93.1's long-running signature community affairs program, airing each Sunday morning at 6:50 a.m. ET, hosted by correspondent Nikki Ramirez.
