South Floridians File Class Action Lawsuit Against DMV For Wait Times Unsafe Conditions

A South Florida lawyer is taking action against the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles after, he said, Floridians spent hours waiting in unbearable weather at the DMV.

Some people, as young as 17 years old, were harassed while waiting in line for 11 hours. It was all caught on video. The hope is that more people will come forward with stories and video to create a bigger case. which opened them up to unsafe conditions.

Attorney Michael Pizzi has announced the $10 million class action lawsuit against the Florida DMV and the Miami-Dade and Broward County Tax Collector’s Office.
